Established in 2000 as Alpine Orthopaedic Specialists, AOS was founded by six physicians who saw a need for a higher level of orthopaedic care in Northern Utah. They sought to create a practice where doctors would be free to pursue sub-specialties to their fullest. A state-of-the-art facility where innovative treatments would be encouraged and employed. A center of excellence where patients would be not only treated, but educated.
